It was around Indianapolis. He was born with the name Shemar David Shanklin Bell. My mom and dad claim he was adopted 3 different times and that his adopted parents changed his whole name. He just turned 18 he was 6 when he was adopted the first time. He was put in the foster system when he was 4 years old. His birth moms name is Amber she’s been in and out of jail we had a sister her name was Haley. Her mom Amber killed her she was around 6 months old. She was in jail for only a year with only a year of probation. So my brother Shemar most likely has autism. Last time i saw him he was 6 so he had brown hair. Super tan skin and hassle eyes. He probably will have glasses
