I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio at Bethesda Hospital on December 2nd, 1967. Dr Joseph J Bell was the physician who signed my birth certificate indicating he attended the birth. My adoption was finalized through St Elizabeth’s Adoption Agency in Beech Grove, Indiana. I was premature and stayed in a NICU for a few weeks. I went home on Christmas eve with my adoptive parents.
