My adoptive name is Nicholas Augustine. I was adopted in Elkhart IN, through the Catholic Charities organization out of Fort Wayne IN. I was born in August of 1978 in Fort Wayne IN. I was told that my mother was living in Warsaw Indiana prior to my birth. I am of mixed race, my biological mothers name is Lana Piper. My father would have been an African American male that would have been around 17 in August of 1978. He may have been from the Warsaw or Fort Wayne Indiana areas.
