ISO older bio sister ( middle of three) who was living in Allen County Children’s Home (Indiana) in Feb 1955. I am younger sister, born April 1949 and adopted from ACCH in 2/1955 to family in Columbus (Bartholomew County), Indiana. Adoption was through County Welfare Departments. No idea what happened to the oldest sister. From what I have found, parents may have been separated/divorced. Bio mother was unable/unwilling to care for three older children (all female) after she married third husband. An older female family member (maternal grandmother?) had tried caring for us but was unable. I remember two of us were at children’s home. I am Caucasian, blonde haired/blue eyed, 5’2" tall. No other bio family info available.
