My birth name was Patricia Ann Grooms. My birth mothers name was Teresa Ann Grooms. I was born at Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. My biological fathers name is thought to be Ricky Eugene Sexton and lived in Indianapolis at that time. The adoption took place in July 1980 by an attorney named John Grimes in Kokomo, IN. My birth mother was 15 when she had me and in and out of foster homes/orphanages from what was told to my adopted family. I have been in contact with my biological mother, not my biological father though.
