My what would be biological grandmother was 22 yrs old when she had my mother at st vincents hospital on 82nd street in indianapolis, IN sept 5th 1970, the name charlotte michelle was on the back of the birth certificate idk if that was whatshe wanted my mom to be called or if that was my moms biological moms name... we are looking for any one with any info on the birth mother, Father, and family as well as medical reasons also.. My mom was born with blonde hair that turned into brown as she got older and has had a roller coaster of medical issues but is still alive and actively passionate about finding our family history and roots so please help...
