The adoption was thru Childrens Bureau in September 1978. The caseworkers name was Nancy Kopel. Crystals age at the time of adoption was 4 years old. I have a daughter that is her sister and would so love to meet her. I was lied to about the procedure of adoption and have tried to locate her for years!
