Mildred Louise Didion and Dale Stoop had twin girls June 14, 1933, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. They were forced by parents to give them up. Family only heard "Mildred had twin girls given up". No other info. All who knew died by 1960s. I searched for years and finally entered in Mildred Didion as mother in Ancestry.com search in 2017. Up popped two birth certificates listing twin girls. I am in shock. Mildred Didion was my Great Aunt. I never met her. She died when I was 11. My estranged (to me) brother told a cousin that an elderly woman matched his DNA on 23 and ME. I think is might be one of these twins. I had DNA done on Ancestry with no one reaching out. I would love to be able to help with some family info and make a connection if one or both of these women are still alive. I thought 23 and ME and Ancestry DNA would cross reference, but seems they don’t. I can show pictures of their mother and grandparents and give health history.
