I am looking for my sister. Her Birth name was Ashley Marie. I am unsure of the last name. The birth mothers first name is Dawn. And birth fathers name is Paul Andrew Pell. His Birthdate is 03-24-1968. He is also my birth father. I am unsure of the birth mothers birth day. All the information I do have is as follows. Ashley Marie born 09-23-85/86 i am not sure of the exact year. She would have been about 3 years of age at the time of the adoption. I am not sure if the adoption took place in Indiana or in Michigan. I know that my father Paul met the birth mother Dawn in Michigan. I am unsure of how long they were together but he was unaware of the fact of having a child. Until an incident occured and police were involved. The state took Ashley Marie away from her mother as well as her other sibilings. Then contacted my father for a DNA test. He was found to be her biological father.I believe her mother had 4 children in total. I do not know if this is correct or not. The foster parents that Ashley was placed with wanted to adopt her. They lived in Gary Indiana and owned a small bussiness. The adoption was opened at first but because of my father Paul not participating like the adopted parents felt he should it was then closed. I do not know the adopted parents names at all. Ashley marie was in fostercare i belive for a year before they found her father. I do not know for sure how old she was exactly when placed in state care.
