I was born in Cincinnati, OH and was adopted from Catholic Family Services. There was a request for information to register from her in 1994 to be sent somewhere in Indianapolis but nothing was received. Here is the non-identifying information disclosed to me by Catholic Family Services: Biological mother-early teens at the time of birth. German and Irish descent from her father’s side. None for the mother. She had one sibling, light color skinned, brown eyes and hair. Her mother was diabetic. Alleged biological father was in his later teens, Serbian descent and had 3 siblings. Medium colored skin with dark brown hair, brown eyes. *Just added forgotten information. Last name on certificate was Pepper.
