I am looking for my biological father. I do not know who he is but through some help and ancestry DNA, 23and me and my heritage I do know he was either placed with family or placed for adoption. I do know his birth mothers name which is a Nancy Knowlan (Powell). I have made contact with the Knowlan family and they said Nancy had children she did give up for adoption. Really hoping and praying for a miracle at this point and hope I can solve a 35 year old mystery. My mothers name was Heidi Lawson. She was 16/17 when she became pregnant with me. She lived in Joliet IL at the time but also visit Michigan and Minnesota during that time. My mother passed away in 2003 so I have no idea of anything.
