My birth mother was 19, she was born in or around Evansville Indiana and birth father was 25, unnecessary he was born in or around Oklahoma. She was Catholic, unwed. I was adopted at a Catholic charities of diocese of Evansville Indiana my adoption came final on January 31st 1972. On my certificate of live birth it says my name is Angela Michelle Simpson.
