That resided in Allen county Indidana. I believe he was born at the Methodist hospital. Or the Fort Wayne Maternity Sanitarium. He was signed over to a Julia Mac Millen to find a family for him. Attorney at the time was a George R schlatter. He was adopted I believe March of 1928 to a Christian and Alvina Amstutz of Geneva Indiana. They then gave him the name of Weldon Charles Amstutz.
