I have a brother who I've never met. He was born August 8th 1972‚ in Evansville‚ Indiana. My mom (his biological mom) was in a Catholic home for unwed mothers because she was only 17 when he was born. Her name is Barbara Diane Payne and she was born in 1954. Both of his adoptive parents were born in Indiana. He was 9 lb 0 Oz when born‚ the date the certificate was filed by the health office was August 31st‚ 1972. I think the home for unwed mother's was on or around Boeke Street‚ but I'm not completely certain about that. My grandma made my mom put him up for adoption. I would love to meet him but I just don't know where to start. All I know is that his name is David. His dad's name is named Earl Otto Payne and he is the same father of my mother's second child‚ Eric Lee Payne. I've included a picture of my late‚ next eldest brother‚ who was 8 years older than me. He is a full-blooded sibling to David. David would be 10 years older than me. I'm 44 years old.
