My biological father had an affair with a younger woman in Indianapolis, IN. She already had a daughter, around 4-6 yrs, when I was born 08/04/1968. She could not take care of me, so she gave me to my biological father and his wife who then adopted me. My father’s name is Estee Howard. I am unsure of my mother’s name, only her last name is Grant, which was mine and recorded my original birth certificate. I have no paperwork or any kind of physical information. I do have a tracheotomy scar which had to have happened when I was a baby, but I have no idea how or where I got it. I was born in Indianapolis, IN on 08/04/1968. My birth name was Kevin Grant, but changed to Kevin Howard after my adoption.
