I am looking for siblings. Shannon Keith Gross‚ Jr.‚ Ronnie Jay Gross. Their parents are Tequilla Dawn Gross and Shannon Keith Gross. I am Tequilla Dawn Gross’s next of kin and I have reason to believe that she may have been covered into signing the affidavit giving her parental rights up to her children she couldn’t afford her medication which brought on a form of psychosis‚ rendering her incompetent at the time. I know with no question that she would have never gave up on her children or signed them over to the state leaving them scared‚ helpless and alone without fighting for them first. Without her children she is not herself‚ she is barely surviving without them.
