Mother believed to reside in Benton, Newton, or Tippecanoe counties of Indiana at time of birth. I was adopted by a Constable family residing in southern Newton County and have lived in newton county all my life. DNA shows Brown on my paternal side and not 100% sure of White on Maternal side.
