My birth mother was 22yrs old when she had me. I was told that I given the birth name Whitney. The adoption was through Catholic Chartites (formerly known as Catholic Social Services). The adoption was on July 10‚ 1989. My decree date was in Decemeber 1989. The judge was Robert Hockensmith. Caseworker was named Maureen. My birth mother's name is possibily Patricia.
