I am looking for my son. I was 14 when he was born. His name on the birth certificate was Timothy Scott Smith. I am assuming he was adopted but also found out he was sick. I did not know where to turn to find him. Please help if anyone has any kind of help. He was born in Valparaiso Indiana hospital.
