My mother went to Monroeville‚ Indiana for about 5 and a half months and stayed at a farm‚ possibly the owners or household surname was Murray. She was of English/Scottish descent‚ from Ontario‚ but born in Montreal. Father likely in aviation. She has since passed and I found correspondence from her parents to her when she was staying there. Nothing confirms she had a child but it seems like she may have. She was a lovely person and went on to have a good life. If she did have a child and they would like information‚ Canadian family would be pleased to meet you. One family member has registered at Ancestry.com I am not certain what month or even the year this took place‚ but between 1950 and 1954.
