I was adopted by an older couple in Fort Wayne, Indiana. My mother was just 19 and came from the small town of Ligioner, indiana. I am trying to find my birth father. I have asked her for his name and she refused to give it to me. With my adopted parents and siblings having all passed away, I have no where to turn to see if I can find him.
