I was adopted thru Catholic Social Services in Fort Wayne, IN. I was born September 4, 1975. I know my birthparents first names are Anthony and Kathy. Both were in the military. I was adopted 8 weeks after my birth. I believe Anthonys parents lived in Fort Wayne at the time of my birth. Not sure about Kathys family.
