In search of one or both birth parents or family of a baby girl born 6/16/1982 in Fort Wayne, IN. I was given up at birth in a closed adoption thru Lutheran Social Services. I was given vague information from the agency that my adoptive parents kept for me. My birth mother was 15 or 16 years old, blonde hair, blue eyes, and had fair skin. My birth father was 19 years old, dark hair, dark eyes, and had a darker complexion. I know that he had juvenile diabetes.
