Hello my name is Jessica Kaplan and I was adopted at birth via closed adoption and I have been trying to find my birth mother and father for almost 5 years now. Since it was a closed adoption I have little information. I have found a potential 3rd cousin on 23&me but it hasn’t been helpful in finding my birth parents. I know I was born in south bend, Indiana at St. Joseph’s Hospital and I know that my birth mother was around 15 or 16 when she gave birth to me. I was adopted my Juli and David Kaplan on August 21st, 1997. If you could be of any help at all it would mean the absolute world to me. Thank you so much and God bless.
