I am searching for birth family. I was born October 29, 1970, and adopted thru the Indianapolis Children’s Bureau. I was fostered until bout 5 months old and the adoption was finalized at 15 months of age. I only have non identifying info, my maternal grandmother was deceased at the time of my birth, maternal grandfather was still alive, but had had some health issues. Info said my birth mother had sister (s), if I remember correctly it said she wore glasses and had been previously living in Arizona....
