I am searching for a friend looking for his birth parents. He was born in Indiana on 5-26-1960. He was told that his surname was "Richardson" but not sure if he was told right or not.He was adopted into a family by the name of "Taylor". He was put in foster care at some point and adopted officially when he was 4. He was adopted with his sister who was born Sept of 1958. She had been born in Kentucky.
