A baby boy was born on October 8th‚ 1993 in indianapolis ‚ IN at Methodist hospital to a 20/21 year old white woman. The baby was named Austin Lee Fox at the time of his birth. He was then placed in a private adoption through adoption lawyer Aaron Brittvan of Long Island‚ New York. The adoptive parents told the birth mother that there names were Ursula and Robert (bob) they also told the birth mother that they were changing the name of the baby to Frederick. The adoptive parents may have adopted a child before my brother or had a child of there own before my brother. The adoptive parents also sent 2 pictures almost a year after the baby was born and at that time the baby was fair skinned with blondish hair and light colored eyes.
