I was born April 5, 1987, in Kokomo, Indiana. I was a blond haired blue eyed baby. I do not know what hospital, but I believe Catholic Charities dealt with the adoption process which took place within days of my birth. Not only would I love to meet my birth parents if they’re interested or still alive, but I really need some family medical history. I’d also be interested in finding biological siblings.
