I am looking for my nephew and niece. Sean Cox was born in the Philippines in 1987 and Jennifer Cox was born there in 1988. They are the children of my brother who was in the US Navy at the time. They evacuated Subic Bay when Mount Pinatubo erupted in June 1991 and settled in the Los Angeles area. They lived with my parents in the San Fernando Valley and then with foster parents in San Diego in the mid-1990s. They were eventually adopted by a family in Indiana and we have had no contact with them since. I am "Uncle David."
