Debbie Kipp was my sister for too short a time. She was placed into foster care out of St Joseph County in Centerville Michigan I believe. She lived with the Stieglitz family in the late 1960’s or early 1970’s. She endeared herself to the children of the Inkster Avenue neighborhood in Kalamazoo Michigan where she was in Kindergarten at Parkwood Elementary with Miss Hoorigan. I’ll never forget the day she left us all crying. I think about her often and hope to someday be reunited.
