So I am searching for my half uncle for my Aunt. My grandfather would be his father. My aunt and him share the same mom. I haven’t yet been able to locate his exact date of birth. He may have been born in either Richland‚ Huron‚ Crawford county Ohio‚ or even in Kentucky. He for sure was born after my Aunt in 1987‚ best guess was between 1990 and 1992. We cannot get anything from the state without his exact birthdate. He has to request it himself. His birthmother was Darlene Davis. His birthfather was Raleigh Davis. Darlene was born in 1958 and Raleigh was born in 1935. his birth name was most likely Raleigh Joshua Davis. Now I have tried reaching out to the probate court but they refer me to the state health department for futher info. I cannot obtain according to them any details unless I’m the birth parent. Which sucks. So I am reaching out online.
