My husband Larry Wayne Hartl was adopted in Indianapolis Indiana when he was an infant. He was born in Cincinatti Ohio to.Jo Ellen Cox and unknown father. (His Adoptive father is Charles Andrew Hartl and his adoptive mother is maiden name is Joanne Marie Jackson. They are both deceased). He grew up in Beech Grove Indiana and after graduation joined the US Navy, He is now retired and we live in Greenville PA. he would like to try to communicate with his mother and half sister Melanie A. Jones/Houghton who resides in Louisiana. He has one daughter Amanda Hartl and would like her to know his heritage and also his biological father’s identity.
