My name is Kevin Estes Smiley. I was adopted at around 1 year and a half. My adoptive parents were James Sterling Stelzer and Francis A. Stelzer. My adoptive parents divorced when I was around 12. My mother remarried a man name John Smiley, and he adopted me. I have two half brothers who were twins and around 5 years old and we were adopted at the same time by James and Frances Stelzer. I am currently and have been sick for 10 years with a rare brain condition and would like to locate my birth parents and any other additional siblings.
