I know my sister was born in the wee hours of the night is how my mother put it. She was delivered by Dr. Rusher and was born at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne‚ Indiana. Mother had 2 children at the time and was going through a divorce so her parents pretty much told her she had no choice but to give my sister up for adoption. She thinks they had DCS take care of the adoption but shes unsure because she didnt want to.
