I am looking for my birth daughter. My name was Carla Sue Vance at the time of her birth. My maiden name is Carla Sue Martin. She was born on either the 17th or the 18th of November in 1979 at the Union City Memorial Hospital in Union City‚ Indiana and was adopted at birth. She was delivered by Dr. Jerome Leahy. I asked the Randolph County‚ Indiana Department of Child Welfare to handle the adoption. The sealed court documents were signed approximately 2 weeks to 1 month after her birth. She has 4 siblings 3 brothers and one sister. Tyson‚ James‚ Ian‚ Casey‚ and Kami all of whom would love to see the sister they never got to meet.
