I have a bit of a unique situation I guess. My great-grandfather was adopted by this couple in Indiana. We recently figured out the names of my adopted grandparents. My grandmother‚ she says her father never shared any stories about his family. Just that he was adopted‚ his adopted mother died by suicide. His father then moved to Illinois - which came to a shock as we also found out her my grandmothers grandfather lived in the same town as her and she never met him. However‚ my grandmother‚ the rest of my family and I have always been curious about Carl’s (my great-grandfather) biological side. I don’t know if we are looking to connect personally with anyone‚ as there might not be someone to answer questions we have. But what were his parents name? Medical history? Background - where did his side come from? Maybe to know if his bio parents had any other kids after him.
