From the information I have‚ my brother was born in Evanston‚ Illinois. Our mother is still alive and would love dearly to make contact‚ as would I. I was 5 years old when my brother was born and didn’t really understand what happened to the baby in my moms belly. My mom was a struggling single mom with me (my father was not in the picture) and had been disowned by her family after having a second child out of wedlock. I know my brother and I do not have the same father but we are both of mixed race (white mother/black father). She made the most difficult decision of her life and decided to try and give her baby boy a better future. Everyday she regrets her decision and we think about him every year on his birthday. We both would love to make a connection if he consents and start a long overdue relationship.
