I am searching for one of both of my birth parents. I am a caucasion female. My birthdate per the birth certificate is Feb 8‚ 1966. The final adoption would have been near May 1966/ Peoria‚ Illinois. I believe I was placed for adoption in various foster homes from time of birth. I was 3 months old at the time of final adoption closing. I was told birth parents were around age 15-17 at time of my birth. My birth name was Maggie Jean ? This was a closed adoption from what I can tell.
