I’m searching for my grandmother’s biological family. She was placed with her adoptive parents in Kane County‚ IL within 2 weeks of birth by Rockford Catholic Charities. Her original birth certificate lists her as Unnamed child and both parents names are blank. She was born in Rock Creek-Lima township in Carroll County‚ IL. Doctor was Raymond Petty. The birth certificate does state that she was the 2nd child born to the mother so there was at least one sibling.
