I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in Chicago, IL at Swedish Covenant Hospital strangely it was where I was born 22 years earlier. I have kept in touch with Evangelical Child and Family Agency as well as registered with the Illinois Adoption Department. This is my first attempt to locate her. Interested in her well being, health, happiness and hopefully had a good life. I understood that the family had previously adopted a boy and wanted a girl also. The woman was a nurse. That is all I know.
