Hello‚ this is Carla Dees Pope. I am looking for information on my birth parents. All of the information that I have is I was born in Peoria‚ IL on Jan. 6th‚ 1968. I was banded there by my birth mom. I spent 6 month at the hospital because I was in an oxygen tent. My adopted parents adopted me then at 6 months old. Their names are Chester and Jewell Dees. They are deceased.
