I was born in January, 1944, and adopted as an infant. I have reason to believe that I have a brother who was born in late 1945 or in 1946 (so approximately 2 years younger than me) and I believe we may share the same father. He would have been born in Elgin, Illinois. Although I have information about my birth mother, I have none about my birth father. I am hoping to find a brother and possible information about my father. My birth mother’s name was Agnes Wegner.
