I was born on 8/27/1969 and given to my adopted parents the same day or the next couple. I was born in Rockford. I dont know anything about my birth mother except that she was too young and her grandmother had brain cancer. My original last name was Hoelzel, and I assume that was my birth mothers name. My adoption was papers were finalized about Oct 5th, 1970. I was adopted by Patricia and Stephen Thompson who lived in Elgin, Illinois. I am looking for my birth mother and possibly my birth father & Siblings. My name is Matthew Stephen Thompson
