My Father was adopted in 1949 shortly after his birth and has tried locating his biological family with the Illinois adoption agency and the birth parents signed an NDA so no information was stored to indicate their identities. I provided DNA on Ancestry.com but have some long shot matches. I am looking for anything really - any information that could be gleaned.
