My mother, Meredith Ann Mikkelson, had a boy when she was sixteen. I guessed as to the month of birth. Her birthdate is December 24,1922. i saw some family documents that show her last name as Rice which was her mother’s maiden name. Her parents, Richard Holmes Mikkelson and Ruth Rice divorced prior to 1938/1939 when this child was born. It was a Catholic family. I found that in late 1938 or early 1938 they at have been living in Kankakee. I would love to connect with this half brother. I have no proof that the child was I a boy...just rumor. Linda Wood
