I was born in Chicago IL on October 31st 1959 in Englewood Hospital and my birth mother’s name was Ruth Ann Conroy and lived on Hermitage Street in Chicago Illinois and should now be around 81- 82 years old. My father a possible truck driver in which I have no name and he may not even know about me. I was given up for adoption immediately after birth, I would love to find my birth parents and any other family members that I may have.. I would love to just get to know them.... nothing more.
