Born at Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago. IL. Children’s Home & Aid Society was the Agency. Philip Moore was the attorney they used. Apparently my birth mother was from the east coast, her father was someway involved in politics, my father either was a college swimmer or used to be a swimmer. I was adopted 10 days after birth due to cephalohematoma. I recently had a massive heart attack with bypass. I am concerned for my two children, a boy 18 & my daughter 20 health history.
