Was arranged thru Dr. Francisco "Frank" Jimenez around November 17‚ 1971 for one of is patients as a closed adoption. Possibly at St. John's Hospital in Springfield‚ ILL and through a Catholic Adoption agency as my mother was born into a strict catholic family.
