Here are the documents Catholic Social Services sent me. My birthmother was 19 yrs old at the time of my birth. She was 5’ 3"‚ weighed 125 pounds‚ had hazel eyes‚ brown hair‚ and was a Catholic. She had completed 12 years of school and was employed as a saleswoman in a clothing store. Her Nationality was German/Irish/English. She intended to resume her position in sales and later she hoped to attend a school for dress design. She did not feel that she could support a child properly and felt that I needed parents who could give me the love and security I would need. She was out going and Friendly. Her oldest brother was 24‚ a high school graduate and was married. Her other brother was 21‚ high school graduate and lived in another state worked as a waiter. Her 3rd brother 20 years old was high school graduate lived at home and knew of her pregnancy. I was born January 17‚ 1976 at 12:02pm at St. Johns hospital in Springfield Illinois. I weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.
