Her birth name was celeste lindsay Marie Perry. Her mother was Angela moskovitz. Angela gave custody to her adopted parents and they died several years ago. Celeste was put into care of the state and I believe she was adopted in 2012 or so. I am her aunt. I would like to find her because her birth father, my brother, spent years looking for her and he was killed in an accident in January of 2017. She is all we have left of him and he wanted desperately to find her. She was given to the state without his knowledge or consent. Had he known he would have sought custody as soon as the grandparents died. My name is Michelle Perry-Iles. Please help me find my niece.
